A meeting was held regarding the issue of grant of NOCs to the organizers of programs in May, 2015 in the office of the Commissioner, Karachi Division, Club Road, Karachi presided by the Commissioner Karachi Division. Members of Pakistan Hotels Association, Arts Council of Pakistan, NAPA, were invited for the meeting along with other stake holders for such purpose. The Commissioner Karachi, Director Information, Government of Sindh, and Deputy Commissioner South assured participants for their cooperation for mutually agreed procedures would be adopted and implemented in its true spirit. Hoteliers assured to respect the legal requirements of Information Department Sindh for compliance as hotel managements are already abiding the provisions of law while acquiring the NOC for the events.
