BMP Meeting with Special Assistant to PM and Chairman FBR at Islamabad on May 24, 2016

We are pleased to inform all concerned that a pre budget meeting on upcoming Federal Budget 2016-17 was held at Islamabad between Businessmen Panel (BMP) along with a delegation of 45 prominent industrialists and Businessmen, representatives of various trade Associations and Chambers across country had a very useful meeting with Mr. Haroon Akhtar Khan, Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Revenue, Mr. Nisar Muhammad Khan, Chairman FBR, Members of FBR and Finance Team of Federal Government on May 24, 2016. Pakistan Hotels Association's representative, Mr. Muhammad Amir, of Hashoo Group attended the meeting to represent Association for presentation of budget proposal and issues related to Hospitality Industry of Pakistan. We were positively given assurance from the Government that budget proposals of trade and industry will be taken into serious consideration and tax issues highlighted will also be resolved with special attention.
